Facilitation and Collaboration: Leads and facilitates the Lean Training Program, Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.The Process Improvement Facilitator works closely with leadership teams in various departments to coordinate, implement, and execute process improvement efforts while ensuring consistency with enterprise strategy, commitments, and goals. This role requires effective communication, expertise in process improvement, and the ability to facilitate collaborative efforts that drive operational excellence and process efficiencies. Under the supervision of the Manager of Continuous Improvement, the Process Improvement Facilitator is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and enhancing processes within Yaamava’ Resort & Casino.
